How many cartons could I ship with the minimum charge?
Q: What is the customs clearance requirement in the United Kingdom?
A: The shipper has to be able to proof that he/she was living outside the UK for 12 months or more. Bo Gah will provide a complete guidance on how to process with the UK government.
Shippers fail to proof so will be subjected to import duty and tax and other related fees (if applicable).

Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide the exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in the UK. Indicating which territory you are moving to will allow our professional consultant inform you of any over-area surcharge in advance. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified.
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to the United Kingdom?
A: Fresh food, meat or vegetables, dairy products.
