Q: How long does it take to ship to America?
A: Cargoes are shipped by truck on road and therefore transit time depends on the shipping season and destination. Generally, it will take longer in winter with the unexpected weather condition.

Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide the exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in America. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified. [our warehouse information]
