How many cartons could I ship with the minimum charge?
Q: What is the customs clearance requirement in New Zealand?
A: Consignee must hold a document authorising residence in NZ and be physically in NZ on the date the household goods arrived.

Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide the exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in New Zealand. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified. [our warehouse information]
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to New Zealand?
A: Children's water colour paints, finger paints, and crayons, sunscreen, medicines are not allowed to be shipped to New Zealand.
Crating is recommended for items that are fragile, expensive, and delicate, for example iMac, piano, glass/marble dining table, etc. Our craftsman will custom-made a wooden crate for each piece to make sure they arrive the destination intactly. Talk to our consultant to find out if crating is necessary for your item.
