How many cartons could I ship with the minimum charge?
Q: What is the customs clearance requirement in Taiwan?
A: To be eligible as personal effects shipment (tax and duty exempted), consignee has to arrive in Taiwan within 6 months of cargo arrival.

Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide the exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in Taiwan. Indicating which territory you are moving to will allow our professional consultant inform you of any over-area surcharge in advance. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified.
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to Taiwan?
A: Fresh food, meat or vegetables, dairy products are not allowed to Taiwan.
(We kindly advise you to check on the Taiwan customs website or contact us to confirm if a specific item is allowed to import to destination.)
