How many cartons could I ship with the minimum charge?
In the event that you have engaged a customs broker in China, Bo Gah is pleased to offer the option of port shipments. This arrangement allows you to conveniently manage customs clearance and collect your cargo at the sea port. For further insights into this process, please connect with our consultants for details.
Q: What is the customs clearance requirement in China?
A: A person who has been continuously living in Canada for 3 years in the past 5 years and will be arriving in China within 6 months of cargo arrival with a valid Canada PR card, a China passport & a China ID card will be eligible to ship as personal effects.

Q: Is there any extra cost I have to be aware of?
A: Please bare in mind that ALL import shipments into China (even if your shipment is eligible as personal effects) are subject to import tax and duty. China customs will investigate every single import shipment and therefore investigation fee and detention fee apply which you will have to pay before delivery.
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to China?
A: Fresh food, liquid, seeds, articles made by rosewood or elephant ivory, knives, bracelets ... are not allowed.
