A: Consignee has to arrive in Malaysia within 6 months of cargo arrival.

Q: Is it ok if I cannot provide the exact delivery address now?
A: It is always fine to let us know the detail address before your cargo arrives in Malaysia. Indicating which territory you are moving to will allow our professional consultant inform you of any over-area surcharge in advance. If your address will not be ready in short, you could choose to store in our Toronto warehouse first. We will arrange to ship out when being notified.
Q: What is not allowed to be shipped to Malaysia?
A: Fresh food, meat or vegetables, dairy products.
